TURNAROUND/WORKOUT:
Mr. Stout works extensively in the area of "Workout Consulting." This highly specialized area includes working closely with corporate management to initiate a turnaround of the company. However, if the Chapter 11 bankruptcy is necessary to implement the reorganization of the company, Our Firm is capable of representation of the business client in the bankruptcy setting. In addition to Mr. Stout's practical experience in representation of workout clients, he has studied extensively in this area through professional educational training. Mr. Stout is a frequent lecturer regarding business reorganization matters. Mr. Stout is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Turnaround Management Association.
